Hey there, puck lover! At Mission16, we design and create our own epic hockey apparel, but we’ve teamed up with a third-party supplier to bring the heat. Each piece is printed on demand—just like a last-minute power play—so we can keep our environmental game strong and avoid overstock - therefore keeping our prices to you some of the best in the industry.
Now, we know you’re ready to rep your love of the game in your new Mission 16 gear, but hang tight, we’re not Amazon! Expect your order to be processed and produced in 3-5 business days, with delivery taking an additional 5-7 business days. Good things are worth waiting for, just like that perfect slap shot!
As for returns, we only accept them for quality and printing defects—because hey, even the best players have off nights. If you need to return an item, make sure it’s in new, unused condition and within 14 days of delivery. Just drop us an email with photos of any defects, and our team will review your return request.

ORDERING & PROCESSING:
After hitting "submit" - your order is placed. Orders are then processed within 2-3 business days-excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Friday. During December, processing time and/or shipping may be longer due to higher volume of orders. If, by chance, you have ordered an item and our inventory is low or waiting to receive a shipment on our crewneck, shirt, hoodie, etc. we will contact you immediately.
Processing Times:
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE THEY ARE PROCESSED. SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS or PURCHASE ORDERS.
Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days, and delivery may take between 5-7 business days depending on the distance, the weather, and holiday timeframe. Each order is shipped with a delivery confirmation.
Shipping Times:
- All orders come with tracking which you will receive AFTER production.
Please note that Mission 16 will not be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, undelivered. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES. If your package doesn't arrive within or after the estimated delivery time then you should contact your Local Postal Office or carrier facility to report and provide them with your tracking number for easy reference.
Your happiness and satisfaction are our #1 concern. If your order is incorrect due to our error, notify via email within 24 hours and our team will review your request for return. If approved we will immediately ship your new order out to you.
SHIPPING: Mission 16 takes great pride with the turnaround time to complete and ship your order out to you, that is why we have partnered with different fulfillment companies across the US to allow the best turnaround time. Each order is shipped with a delivery confirmation, therefore Mission 16, will not be responsible for packages once they are delivered to your address. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES.
Mission 16 is NOT responsible for any import/custom taxes or fees.
Processing time is about 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday not including holidays) plus shipping time.

- Also, Mission 16 retains the right to refuse or cancel any order by a customer who is being rude, disrespectful to us and/or unreasonable about their order. If we do make an error we will correct it as quickly as possible - your happiness is very important to us.
- No changes can be made after placing your order including removing items
- By clicking the box at checkout, you are also agree this purchase is NOT fraud.
EXCHANGES:
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size. Mission 16 is not responsible for the shipping costs. Exchanges must be submitted within 10 days of your delivery date and shipped out within 7 days of our approval. The fee for exchanges is $7.
- Only one exchange per order.
- Mission 16 is not responsible for any lost packages.
- If after our inspection the item is not in new/unworn condition, Mission 16 is not responsible for the shipping fees back to you.
- Once your exchange is processed and inspected by Mission 16, your new items will be sent within about 5-7 business days.

RETURNS:
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order due to product defects or printing errors.
